RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At IADIGITAL, a brand operated by Vintage Mbarka LLC, we want our customers to have a positive shopping experience.

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, modified, tampered with, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

3. INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

4. CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return an unused product simply because you changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs in cases where the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. REFUNDS

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If a return is required because you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, IADIGITAL may cover reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.

For returns requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

- Have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Have been modified or tampered with.
- Are returned without their original packaging or included accessories.
- Are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
