Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos or a short video showing the problem.

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable payment procedures.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, IADIGITAL may cover the return shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to a product defect, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
